What size do I need?

Charts are provided in the images of items or measurements are detailed within item descriptions. Please be sure to check and double check the size you need before ordering as all apparel is made to order and I cannot offer returns on garments that have been purchased in the wrong size. 


Shipping options

I have postal collections on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Domestic Shipping (UK)

All domestic packages are shipped using Royal Mail 48. This is NOT a tracked service. I do offer tracked shipping options which you can upgrade to at checkout. 

International Shipping

All standard international shipping options are Royal Mail 1st class. This is NOT a tracked service. You can upgrade to tracked shipping at checkout.

We are still experiencing some pandemic delays due to logistical restrictions and Brexit has created longer customs procedures. International orders are currently taking anything from 8-42 working days to arrive.

Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. Please see below for guidance.

Please note, working days are classed as Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm and exclude national holidays. The first full working day after your order is placed is classed as the 1st working day. Any order placed over a weekend or on a national holiday will also follow this rule.
If your order contains a PreOrder item, all items will ship out at the same time.

  • Framed and Art Prints - 10-15 working days
  • Greetings Cards - 4-7 working days
  • Berets - 5-10 working days

  • Gift Wrap - 3-5 working days
  • Bags & Cushions - 5-10 working days
  • Heat pressed apparel - up to 15 working days
  • Personalised letter from Sandy Claws - 5-10 working days
  • Baubles - 5-10 working days

Please note, at peak or very busy times, processing times may require extending.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply due to updates and changes in government legislation.

Any orders automatically returned due to non payment of customs and import duties will incur a 50% charge to cover restocking and return fees.

As unfortunate as it may be, I can not be held responsible for delays due to customs or postal service logistical issues.

Buy Now Pay Later

Using ClearPay you can now pay for your purchase in four equal instalments, every two weeks. Please shop responsibly.

All you need is:
  • A UK credit or debit card
  • To be over 18 years of age
  • A UK resident address
  • A UK phone number

How do I use Clearpay?

Just shop on www.thecraftyburreato.co.uk and check out as normal. At checkout, choose the Clearpay payment method.

You will be directed to the Clearpay website to register and provide payment details (Visa or Mastercard).

If you’ve used Clearpay before, just log in to your Clearpay account.

Then complete your order – easy!

Please note, all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Clearpay and the shopping value must be under £450. Other factors could be considered that might cause this figure to be less, such as being a new customer or your customer payment history.

Clearpay is only available to customers with a UK billing address.

Clearpay is not available on purchases of gift cards or services. If your Clearpay order contains gift cards or services alongside other eligible products, you will need to purchase these items separately.

Returns, exchanges & cancellations

All order queries must be addressed via email at thecraftyburreato@gmail.com

Queries sent via social media channels can not be efficiently dealt with.

Embroidered  and vinyl pressed items are custom, made to order items and, therefore, I am unable to accept exchanges unless there is a fault with the item. 

A return may be accepted for store credit only. The credit will be to the value of the items and not include any p&p. Once items have been safely returned, the store credit can be issued. It is recommended that a tracked service be used for this reason.

Sizing charts are available in item descriptions or within product images. Please ensure that you have selected the correct size before ordering. I will accept returns and exchanges on items that have been damaged in transit or have a fault.

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery. Please be sure to include images of the damage or fault.
Send items back within: 14 days of delivery. A return shipping label will be supplied in the case of damaged or faulty items.
Request a cancellation within:  12 hours of purchase.

A restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from any refund due to cancellation after 12 hours, to cover the cost of any items that have already been produced or processed.

No refunds will be given until items have been returned or proof of damage has been submitted to thecraftyburreato@gmail.com
